RTP Surveyors are an award winning independent firm of chartered building surveyors, established in 1986. They pride themselves on a high standard of service, expertise and experience, which covers the traditional cross section of pre-purchase building surveys to Schedules of Dilapidation, architectural services including extension, alteration and refurbishment, maintenance and repair of properties, and full contract administration duties.
Growing organically, RTP Surveyors now have a large team spread across two offices in Falmouth and Bodmin, which enables them to provide services in Cornwall, The Isles of Scilly, Devon, and Somerset.
RTP Surveyors work with a large range of private and public clients, and corporate organisations, consciously focusing on establishing long term relationships with their clients, whilst delivering a high quality service.
